Knowledge Management is a CHED-required course that studies the principles, processes, and strategies of identifying, capturing, analyzing, storing, and sharing of knowledge within an organization. These elements are facilitated by the use of information and communication technology (ICT). It examines the forms of knowledge, how it is created and/or acquired, and how it is processed, used, stored, shared, and evaluated to meet the goals of an organization. It also looks into the ways in which a number of organizations actualized these functions.
